I love this store and it’s staff, and I love your products. I order the same thing nearly every day but I have one complaint — I wish your regular granola did not have flax seeds, they do not digest. It would be the perfect granola without them.

I think you need additional staff during the busy hours of 9-11 am on Saturdays. They were working so hard to get all the orders in and they looked exhausted. If you want to serve healthy foods, it's important to take care of your staff and have enough staff to take care of all the online and to go orders. There was a huge soccer tournament in town, not to mention President's day weekend.

I live nekter and have been going to this location for many years. Today and recently I’ve been given my protein bowl with more like half filled instead of fully filled. Very disappointing.
