What is important to me:
No sugar- it is difficult to tell how much sugar is in your products when ordering. Wish there were no-sugar preset options.
Easy ordering online- the app generally works well, but I am usually in a hurry and prefer not to have to make so many choices. Have a few preset selections for one-click ordering. For example: pumpkin smoothie no sugar, click.
Fast service-so far this is outstanding. The products have been ready on time and I can walk in and out in about 1 minute. Great job.

I get juices here very regularly and credit them for helping with his recovery from being very I’ll for years. For whatever reason, the last one I picked up he said it tasted like just apple juice. Like the greens seem to have been missing?

Hi Matt, I tried to contact you today, but the number would ring and then drop. I spent over $17 on my usual order(I believe the price went up as well), and when my roommate brought it home, there were no extra berries that I paid for, and even though the order was split, it was barely 1/4 full. I just wanted to let you know. Maybe it's better to get two separate orders, but sometimes I don't want a full order.

Ordered ahead of time , but the place was so busy we had to wait for the order for 20 min after pick up time. They forgot the ginger shot I placed with my order. The employee called my name , put our drinks down, & walked away. I wasn’t able to let him know he forgot my ginger shot. I give a 5 because the smoothies were delicious.

I needed to cancel my order and I called 5 times without an answer. I never got my food and still paid for it.
