App is easy to use, drinks are delicious. Only down fall was when I arrived 2 of my drinks were ready and the 3rd wasn’t. They had to look in the system to validate it was truly ordered adding additional wait time.

Today they seemed short staffed. I used the app as usual. Picked up at 3:30 as suggested and didn’t leave til 3:45. They had my order incomplete and they were out of one of the refresher tea ingredient.
