I came to nekter hoping to get something healthy. I have a lot of food allergies and this sweet, young lady, Bernadette, helped me to create a smoothie that wouldn’t be inflammatory!
I mistakenly placed an online order to pickup at the wrong location, I called the location (Ray Rd, Chandler/Awatukee, AZ) The gentleman who answered the phone was very understanding; he offered to call the correct store to let them know that I had already paid and he asked them to make my order. The staff at the that I picked up from was also very understanding and accommodating. I really appreciate the excellent customer service!

Today wasn’t to good. I’m not sure how the business handles attending to the online order customers but I had to wait until all the customers who walked in to order was attended to and then finally someone came and attended to me. I’ve never waited that long before.

Love nektar! Feedback- nutrition information is VERY hard to find. I ordered the PBJ smoothie and could not find the information on your site, the app, the Google searching, or in store. I asked the gal and they didn’t have it for this drink.
