They were out of acai and instead of offering a substitute antioxidant, they just made my bowl without an ingredient. I certainly understand shortages can happen, but I would have preferred a substitute instead of paying for something I didn't receive.
Understaffed, very busy 3 workers,2 working the line the other washing out containers. Line was backed up and pre-order was 15 to 20min wait once you arrived , so in total almost 45 min for 1 bowl
