Employees here are always very sweet and friendly. My only issue today is I ordered via the app to pick up and one of our smoothies was supposed to have the coconut whip added (we paid a dollar extra for) and when my spouse picked them up he didn’t notice, so I was bummed my smoothie didn’t have it and we paid for it.

My experience was good.My food was ready upon arrival.Only bad thing I would say is.I had ordered extra granola for my bowl and I did not have extra granola.I just expected that since I paid for it.I would like to have that, that's the only bad thing that I would say out of this experience but the gentleman who was there was nice.He acknowledged me and he was very welcoming.Other than the granola missing, I have nothing bad to say.You guys always are on top of everything.Thank you

The overall experience was great! I placed an order for pick up. It was ready upon arrival. The staff greeted me kindly. The acai bowl was just as I ordered it and it was delicious!

I love the new online app, the rewards are so much easier to find. Love to put the order in and have it ready by the time my workout class is finished across the street!
