I've never had any issues. I usually order online. My smoothie bowl is always ready by the time I get there.

I use the app every time when I order, and it's very very easy. My drink is always ready to go when I come to pick up and it's delicious:) The only issue I've ever had is if/when the app ordering option is down. Which has happened a couple times and then of course I can use it so; it would be nice if that ordering online option was never "down". Otherwise I have only positive things to say.
