The staff at this location is awesome. They always have my order ready to go as I order online most times. They even know it’s me when I come in and literally have it waiting before I even walked through the doors. I can’t say enough about how amazing this team is at this location.

What a disaster today! You were completely understaffed. There was a long line of people (at least 10) waiting to order when I arrived for my pickup. The staff surprisingly told all of them to leave because they could not take any more orders. I couldn't believe it. I then had to wait significantly longer than was told our order would be ready.

It was great. I ordered a smoothie and Luna bar thru the app and when I got there they were out of the Luna bar but they let me have two protein bars instead! They were very friendly. I rated 10s for both questions but it didn't show what I rated so if for some reason it doesn't show perfect 10s for both than you need to correct that!

I didn’t really taste the peanut butter mixed in like I usually do. I was surprised I couldn’t order ginger shots on the app. The young lady at the counter was very nice.
