We ordered through mobile app. We still had to wait in line to be helped. No one was helping at the pick up area. When we received our bowl it wasn’t filled very much. There was a bit of space left at the top.

Mobile ordering was fast, easy and efficient! The estimated time frame for pickup was accurate and when I arrived the stafd was ready to greet me and hand me my smoothie, which was delicious as always!

Neutral on experience but food was delicious. Would recommend that you put to go on line orders in a self serve area so you don't have to wait.

This location seems to be inconsistent with size and flavor than the one on Frank Lloyd Wright (their peanut butter bowl).

I placed an order through the app. When I arrived at the store, they had not received my order. This also happened to another customer. I waited 20 additional minutes, as they prepared all the orders that were placed in store, before the mobile orders. Staff was very friendly and understanding during the experience, apparently the system went “offline”.
