I haven't been to a Nekter since it closed in my home area (Sunnyvale and Mountain View, CA) Every time I travel I look for Nekter - so I am glad to have my first drink and plan on coming back daily until my departure -

You need more employees working there. The manager is a young kid whom is not helpful. The place needs adult supervision or more mature help. Otherwise the drink was great

I am a regular at nekter across the valley and have tried multiple of the smoothies and have my favorites I gravitate towards and this time around from this location three of my four smoothies were not up to par with what I’d expect or anticipate flavor wise.
We visit the arrowhead nekter regularly and have incredible consistency in flavor and customer service. Unfortunately the Scottsdale location didn’t meet the expectations.

The customer in front of me was given the wrong order and I watched the Nekter gal just throw it away. They could have offered it to anyone in the store for free, or saved it. Seems like such a waste! I would have taken it, rather than it go in the trash.
