I pre-ordered and then arrived 20 mins later and it wasn’t ready. The guy at front was on his cell phone texting when I walked in and had to say excuse me before he knew I was there. Then said my order didn’t come through and he wanted proof I ordered so I showed him and they didn’t even have the order but it was processed correctly on my cell phone app. So waited for it to then get made. So much for the pre-ordering and just grabbing it and going. Wasn’t a long wait but the idea behind pre-ordering gets lost when it’s not actually ready when it should be.

I always have to put the order in on the app, or we end up waiting a very long time, especially on weekends - but we’ve also had a few instances where our order incomplete or wrong. Today my husband went to pick it up and got home and realized we didn’t get the turmeric shot.
