Nekter Juice Bar - Huntington Beach

Well, in advance I preordered 2-day Celery Detox for pickup today, 5/4/22. They were not ready, was told it was Monday. Please train your staff on how to handle app pickups. Thank you!

They got 2 orders wrong. The p&j bowl had no peanut butter and the dragon fruit bowl was suppose to have no bananas on top which it did. Plus the dragon fruit bowl was missing the pineapple and coconut.

Convenient & easy ordering, friendly service!

3 out of 5 times the order is incorrect at Bella Terra location…in person or mobile order. I don’t bother correcting since it takes too long. I don’t have that issue at other locations.

Order was ready fast but it lacked the peanut butter taste and was extremely tart this go around. I’ll come back in hopes that the next bowl is how I remember it.

Two teens working, nice enough. Completely ignored my order (allergic to strawberries), made my acai with an inch of strawberries in top, I politely asked them to change it, they scooped strawberries off the top instead of remaking it, and even with blueberries the container was only 70% full. $24 for a small protein shake and a not even full acai bowl. Never again.

The drink tasted very water down. It was like I was drinking water with strawberries in it.

order was ready on time

39 minutes was quoted for delivery and it was almost a hour - no explanation as to why order was so late.

Great service, fast and reliable service. My only complaint would be that there was a little too much ginger in my green apple detox drink, it was very spicy but I will just request less ginger next time.
