I booked my order online this morning and the system was not working in the store. My order was made. The staff was very kind to get my order going once I shared with them that my order was placed. the staff was super kind and helpful.

although it was busy, I wasn’t in any rush to pick up my online order. Waited just a few mins. Will be back again soon.

Fresh, very good product. Extra agave should be free.

Amazing smoothies

Always have my drinks ready. Always straight and to the point. That’s why this is my number one spot to get my juice on.

I thought the employees were attentive and the service was great. My drink was prepared in a timely manner and it was delicious!

You only had 1 employee working and he was doing his best amd very helpful. You clearly need more employees working on a Sunday it is not fair to your employee or the customer to have one employee working to handle a busy Sunday with a rush of orders. This is clearly a staffing amd scheduling issue and management needs to address this.

Order was ready when I arrived, and the staff was nice. My smoothie is delicious and I am so happy!

I love going to Bella Terra, the young lady working was excellent. Today the store was only taking mobile orders for juice, and we went there to order an acai bowl. This is the second time this week that I have tried to order from the Bella Terra store and have not been successful. I know there is a staffing challenge yet, how am I as a customer to know what days I can order from there or not? The hardest part is the young lady working is the one who is the face to your customers, she is the one delivering the bad news, no one else. It's not fair to let a high school kid take on the lack of offerings and ability to service the customers. That should be a store manager and the company's leadership. I will try to go back to place an order next week if the store is open and the ability to select off the entire menu.

Online order fulfilled perfectly!

The young lady was very sweet, but the front door was locked when I arrived. I asked why, she said for "safety" because she was the only one there. I have noticed this location doing this other times recently. I understand if they have to go in the back, but if they are up front they should keep it unlocked. It's just odd.

They had my smoothie ready 👍, but did not make sure I had the water I ordered. I was glad I remembered it at the last minute. The bathroom was very messy.
