All 4 bowls were picked up on time. And all 4 bowls were liquid. We drank them. Not happy

Google maps seems to have accurate location of this place but Apple maps just took me to its huge car park and left me lost there. Fortunately the shopping center is very pretty and I was happy walking around (Btw, use google maps if you don’t want to spend time waling - it’s very large). The location is very near Costco so I suggest parking in the lot on the south and walk up via waterfall because parking in front of the store is pretty full. The location was clean and new. I have acai bowl and smoothie. Both are very nice. The server was funny and friendly. Totally recommended for great acai and good vibes. There are only few seatings inside and outside of the shop so I suggest walking 10 meters to the beautiful waterfall that had a lot of chairs and umbrella surrounding it.

The past few bowls have seemed flavorless

You sent me the exact wrong order - not at all what I paid for. Again. This is the second time that has happened from the same place. I have no way to get my orders replaced because you use door dash. So I paid for protein bowls but got much cheaper items play I had to pay fees, etc.

this is not the first time I try Nektar, they were used to be my to go place for green juice and açaí bowl, but recently they do seem not to care about their service, the quality has gone down and they refuse to take any extra step to make customer happy. e.g got to their location 35 mins before they close and was waiting for 5 mins to get greeted and by the time they admitted me to order they mentioned that the window to order any juice has already closed, and they already have cleaned the juice machine, while I could see the juice machine is still there and has not been de commissioned yet. FYI, per their statement they stop serving juice 30 mins prior to closing. not their policy is or this was just an intention to drive me away. so sad that I have to find a replacement for them.

Bowl was missing toppings. Employee did not have the best attitude when I mentioned it.

We have had many issues ordering from this location. The biggest issue is consistency of juice. They don't clean the juicers in between juices so you'll get a green colored shot of ginger. We also just ordered 1 acai bowl and 2 toxin flushes this morning ordered at 825am , and said order ready at 846am. We arrived at 905am and they had not even started the order yet. There is no oversight at this location...

They got 2 orders wrong. The p&j bowl had no peanut butter and the dragon fruit bowl was suppose to have no bananas on top which it did. Plus the dragon fruit bowl was missing the pineapple and coconut.

Order was ready fast but it lacked the peanut butter taste and was extremely tart this go around. I’ll come back in hopes that the next bowl is how I remember it.

Two teens working, nice enough. Completely ignored my order (allergic to strawberries), made my acai with an inch of strawberries in top, I politely asked them to change it, they scooped strawberries off the top instead of remaking it, and even with blueberries the container was only 70% full. $24 for a small protein shake and a not even full acai bowl. Never again.

The store didn’t create the second bowl in the order. The first bowl was not ready either after ordering nearly 30 minutes beforehand

Unfortunately 2 bowls were made wrong, no Açai on it, only frozen strawberry. I'll come back anyway, since it's the first time I got a problem with Nekter.

Ordered ahead. They were out of chia pudding and I asked for extra fruit instead. Staff were friendly. Açaí Bowl consistency is subpar and more like a juice texture

Previously, didn’t have a good experience with the employees here, but the two employees that helped me today were superb! They were very nice and made our bowls perfectly

Everything was great accept that there was hardly any fruit in top of my bowl. Usually there is a lot more.
