I ordered online, and it said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I was at the location in 25 minutes, and had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my order. I had to ask at the counter two times if my order was being made.

Only issue I had was people who walked in after me, who didn’t have scheduled online orders, received their order before me. I did not get my order until 20 minutes after the pickup time. I would have been better off just ordering at the store?

I placed a mobile order and it was ready 5 minutes after the time the app stated the order would be ready. I would not have minded as much if I couldn’t see that multiple orders with times AFTER the time my order was given placed into the holding cooler while I was still waiting (one of these orders was multiple items and the time on the slip clearly stated that order’s time was 13 minutes past the time I was given. Other than that, service was great.
