I have been to many locations and every time I go to this one I order 20 mins ahead of time and then when I get there nobody is in the store.. but my 1 item order is not ready. I stood there for about a minute while 3 employees talked 10 feet away and didn’t acknowledge me. This would never happen in Huntington or any of the other locations but has become the norm at Quail Hill. I’ll still go but I have low expectations.

I ordered two small juices with ice. In all prior experiences I’ve received a small cup work of juice and extra ice which is then put in a medium cup to accommodate the ice. This didn’t happen this time and I feel like I was short changed

i stood in the storefront for 5 minutes waiting for someone to appear. I finally had to shout "Hello?", for two young girls to come out of the back. I asked for my online order, to which she responded with "I have until 2:30p to make it and it's 2:25, I'll have it ready in two minutes" she sounded exasperated that I would bother to show up before the designated pick up time. Who knows how late the order would have been had i not shown up, she hadn't even noticed there was a an online order as the ticket was still on the kitchen printer. my coworker and i were just discussing this afternoon how your stores are always late and despite that i went back today anyways, only to be greeted with hostility.

I ordered online and waited 30 minutes in the store. I ordered four orders, but orders ordered by one person came out several times in the middle. When asked why mine comes out so late, she said it comes out according to our priority . If you order online, it must come out much later than the order you received at the store. It took longer than the expected time of waiting online, 15 minutes, and I felt bad about the service.
