Order and pick up process are great. Smoothies are inconsistent. Today was thick and warm and not sweet at all - a couple days ago smoothie was cold with perfect consistency and sweetness.

They got my drink wrong. It was bright orange even though I ordered a toxin flush. But I didn't want to waste food and so I didn't complain. Overall, they are amazing, excellent customer service, and usually I get the drink I order.

The girls working there were not the friendliest. I had a mobile order. When I got there I told them my name & was told it wasn’t ready. I waited & waited. I finally asked about it. It had been made & put in the freezer, instead of calling my name & giving it to me. An order from a nearby restaurant (Kebab?) was brought in. I think it was an order mistake that the guy brought over to the girls. Anyway, it seemed the girls were more interested in that than the Nekter orders. 🤷🏼♀️

They don't do tap to pay so I actually had to get out my wallet but my Flamingo smoothie was worth it.
