The Ladera location is my preferred location. I wish all the locations had the fridge pickups like this one! Makes it much more convenient especially when the team members get really busy with in-person orders. This particular time, I really appreciated the helpfulness that the team members gave because I had ordered 2 bowls and they told me that there are bags on the side of the fridge to help me carry them out that I never knew were even there! Kudos to that male team member, he was super kind and helpful!

Everything was great, but having to wait close to 30 minutes for my order to be prepared was too long. I know good products might take a while, but I would’ve been much happier if I had to only way 10 minutes.
