My biggest complaing is NO NAPKINS in my order, EVER! For food service of any kind this is CHEAP! Tell the owner or franchisee to get with it. You are not McDonalds. Frankly when I do drive thru at any cheap, fast food restaurant I receive napkins without asking. You are clearly a high end shop and should treat your customers with every possible base covered. FREE NAPKINS!!! WITHOUT ASKING!!!
