Nekter Juice Bar - Brea

I like the berry banana burst smoothie and always add vanilla whey protein, but sometimes I notice the protein powder is missing, which is a bummer since it is an up charge. I also noticed I was charged sales tax on my to go order. I went back through my previous pick up orders through the app, and there was no sales tax added to those orders?

My order was ready when I arrived however the waffles seemed cold. The acai bowl was good but missing the agave I had requested.

It was mediocre. I ordered several smoothies and they were not labeled so it was not easy to figure out which smoothie was which. the people for whom I ordered them were quite annoyed

We've been to nekter in Brea several times and the food and service have always been great!! The acai bowls tastes fresh and flavorful. The staff is friendly and hard-working, as well!! We will definitely keep coming back!!

I placed an order my detox juice ahead of time, but no one from Nékter contacted me before the pickup date today. When I arrived at the store, I was told they couldn’t make my juice because they were out of the product. This was extremely frustrating—I had to come back from my vacation just to pick it up. What’s worse is that they could have easily let me know in advance, even a week ago, that the item wasn’t available. A simple call or email would’ve saved me the trip and inconvenience. Poor communication and lack of customer care. Very disappointing experience.
