The acai bowls are great but the employees need to check their online orders more frequently. For the second time they made it all right when I got there—Which is 10 minutes after the email that I received stating that my order was ready. I was late to my appointment again.

As always, the order wasn’t available on time. I mean more than 10 minutes late. As I was waiting inside, it was packed and people were all complaining that their orders were wrong. The only reason I come here on occasion is because it’s conveniently located, but I usually go to Brea gateway which is always on time, correct and the customer service is superb. Please train your employees better or get new ones.

Great! I ordered a juice cleanse and one employee was very quick to grab everything from the back while another one made a drink order for us. I appreciate that he asked to clarify why I asked if a certain drink had nuts in it and when I told him my daughter had severe allergies, he did an extra wash on the container to make sure there was not any cashew milk residue. I appreciate him going above and beyond to ensure her safety.

What is the point of ordering online when it’s not ready when you come inside? The poor employee hadn’t even gotten the order yet (it had been 20 mins since I placed it). She was awesome (female working July 4th morning) and got on it super quick, but the system needs to work out the kinks. I was annoyed to have to wait for my drink to be made when I had preordered. The order came in while i was there fyi. The drinks were delicious tho!
