I like this location. They make the shots fresh and not pre-made. And the workers are nice and friendly. I ordered my tropical cooler with no coconut shavings. They made me a new one correctly and got to keep the one with coconut shavings
I arrived to pick up my 3day juice cleanse and it was not available. I was told I could only get one day, and the second wouldn’t be ready until after 12 the following day, this sort of defeats the purpose of a 3 day cleanse if I pick it I’m up at 7 this morning and can’t get the next day until after noon.

I order the same order each time and schedule it for pickup so I can enjoy it on my 20minute lunch break. Not only did they mess up my order, they messed it up more when I went back in to FIX it. It cut a huge chunk of my lunch out. Not to mention when I went to pick it up originally, I told them I had an online order to pick up and they went to go clean dishes before helping me. Horrible workers today. 1/5/22. The other workers on other days are nice. These ones and the lady in charge were unhelpful and gave me no compensation for messing up my order twice and my lunch break.
The Saturday crew needs some support. They are overwhelmed constantly, and the first thing to go is the quality. The last 4 Saturdays in a row, the wait has been quite long (which is totally fine), but the smoothies are watery and tasteless. Thanks for the hard work.

They used a store bought peanut butter like skippy. Was not the peanut butter they normally use and it definitely made for a different experience.

My last experience wasn’t great. The juice was not blended well so it was chunky. They didn’t add ice as requested and gave it to me in a larger cup and small cup instead of putting it all in a large cup. The size cup I get is inconsistent when I order the same thing every time.

The Bowls were a mess. Fruit just thrown on top and so full, the lids didn't close and even had coconut in a small container because it wouldn't fit. Ingredients were fresh, though. Floor had trash and 2 tables needed to be bussed.

The computer system wasn't working, so my smoothies that I ordered via the app were not ready at the time of pickup. The staff provided great customer service during this ordeal. However, this is not the first time that the phones or online ordering did not work at this location. Please support the staff by making sure the technology is in proper working order.

I placed a mobile order and it was really easy. Once I arrived to Nekter my smoothie was ready and I just picked it up and left. Very efficient.
