I am here for my 8:30am order pick up and the employee said it won’t be ready for another 10-15 minutes so now I will be late for my business meeting. I specifically placed my order yesterday with advanced notice so it would be ready on time. Unacceptable.

Mediocre. The Orange Crush smoothie was too bitter for my taste, I can tell that you put orange rinds in it, that’s what makes it taste like that. And the service was very ‘meh’.
Lots of room for improvement. But then again, I keep wondering why you ask me for feedback every time I visit, if you never get anything fixed. What’s the use?
