Smoothie was good but the app company still doesn't understand what "double" means. Will contact customer service.

The app is horrible but I had no issues with the store itself. Order was ready when I got there, and smoothie was tasty. As far as app. I chose a smoothie and went through all the selections. Tried to add to basket and said "no internet connection." I'm on cellular with full bars! Hit retry and then said I need to make selections (it had cleared all my selections). Doh! Make all the selections again, add to basket and it worked. This issue has been going on probably over a year. I haven't seen it in like over a month though so I thought it was fixed. Second issue is this "Verify you are human" by pressing and holding button. I do it, pass, but it comes right back. Do it again, it comes back and by now my phone is noticeably slower. I click on the "report issue", fill out form, then close app since it's slowing the phone way down. But then I have to redo everything. This issue has been going on for about 6 months. Haven't seen it this year so thought this was fixed too.

I ordered through the App. My order was ready at the time I arrived to pick up. My Smoothie was delicious, just as I ordered it with the added extras. As this store is near my place of business, I will continue to come to this one when I’m at work.

This location is so far beyond better than any other nekter it’s almost embarrassing! Other locations don’t make the bowls or smoothies correctly and offer no apologies. The staff at AH are always so attentive and detail oriented as well as generous with the portions. I just don’t understand how a company can let other locations be so poor at delivering a premium product. Thanks as always to the AH staff for doing a stellar job!
