Wish the workers would be cleaner, I did not see the people working today wearing hair nets, washing hands between touching the register and handling the drinks, let alone any use of gloves.

My order was not ready when I arrived and they had to make the order because they had apparently only made one of the items and then started to make it with an ingredient I specifically asked for it be removed.

Great… much better than Anaheim Hills festival center. Left there because the girl who was trying to ring me up had to do it 3 times. Not because she was new. It was because she was unfocused and trying to ring up other orders at the sale time. I literally had to tell her my order and show her my barcode 3 times and she still got my order wrong. At the end she had to ask for help because she messed up. If she would have been present while in front of me then she wouldn’t of had any issues. I used to work in retail and was a store manager. I also trained associates. I knew exactly what she was doing and how she messed up. The problem was her not own up to her mistake when she asked for help. I tried explaining to the other associate but because she wasn’t owning up to her mistake it looked as if I was impatient and not understanding “people make mistakes”, so I left. Will not return to haha location again. I was very patient and calm the entire time. I currently work in the food industry. I know what it’s like. She needs further training and focus on who’s in front of her at the register not trying to ring up phone or online orders with a guess who’s present.

This place have a great team of employees. Some branches I've been to were inconsistent in their formulas but this one always hit it on point. When I had some issues with an order they quickly rectified it and they've been always great so far!
