I have loved Nekter since you opened. I am a vegan so it allowed me to have another option to eat at.
However, since you have opened until now, the service and quality has gone WAY down. The employees don't seem to know what is going on with orders and the product itself has decreased. I usually get the Acai banana berry bowl and it used to have substantial fruit and granola on top. The price went up and then the topping went down. I had ONE strawberry cut up and five blueberries and maybe a quarter of a banana on my bowl. For the price of the berry bowl, it should have more than that.
I understand price increases of product that get passed down to the customer, but honestly, I don't want to recommend your company nor be a customer any more.

All good this time at this location. The girl couldn’t find my order because I gave her my last name (Kim) and she was looking for first names. It would be nice if the app had a “pickup person” field, like several other apps do. It’s all good, though.
