I usually don’t have a problem when I order here but this time my smoothie wasn’t thick, it was pretty “watery” like too much orange juice was used. But the bigger issue for me was there were a lot of chunks of fruit at the bottom. Most times I’d get two or three little pieces and that doesn’t bother me but this had a lot of big chunks including a huge chunk of banana that wasn’t blended.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming when I came to pick up the order. Smoothie bowl was delicious and juice was good too (however, had quite a bit of beet bits in it for it being a juice)

Since Nekter has a grown so much over the years, I don't love the bowls/juices/smoothies as much as I used to. But they are still really good, healthy, and like seeing the nutritional info online. The online ordering experience was great and my order was ready to go quickly (sometimes takes forever in the store). Only wish to have seen an Apple Pay option online.

It's been amazing experience so far with these guys. They're right on time and orders come fresh and accurate. I just wish Nekter brand comes up with better acai bowls but their juice and smoothies are excellent and definitely their strength!

This is my favorite nekter juice bar. All of the employees are so nice and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

3rd time my toxin flush juice had red water from the juice that was made before. Juicer’s should be clearing out the machine in between with water so that this doesn’t happen. I'm sorry to say but I will have to choose a different Nekter from now on. Staff is always kind and I always get acknowledged when I walk in which is why I rated at a 3.

was perfect. i was greeted as soon as i walked into the store. the young man who was working Thursday 11/18/2021 at 2:50PM PT even asked if i had an order for pickup which no one at any nekter has ever asked me before and i really liked that i was greeted and asked if i had a pickup without me having to be the first to greet and announce that i have a pickup. i got my juice quickly and i was in and out of the store and the young man was so nice to me. and he even wished me a nice day as i walked out of the store, which is something that i cannot remember the last time someone at nekter wished me a nice day before leaving the store. this young man is awesome, i loved my experience today. he is part of one of the experiences that made my day today <3

This instance of the Nekter franchise is an excellent shop. I recently went through a ten day juice routine to relieve joint pain and inflammation. The routine required me to drink 16 ounces of a special mix of celery, carrot, beet and cucumber juice each day. I told the shop staff that I would be doing this daily for ten days. They posted my special recipe near their preparation area and by day three they were greeting me by name and preparing my special. By the way, the regime worked and I have been pain and inflammation free for more than 30 days now. This shop is highly recommended.

Great service, great tasting juices, the place is a bit small but it is worth it. Orders take a bit longer then what you would expect but not to the point of ridiculous. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to juice up.
