It was fantastic! I enjoyed my smoothie and my bowl. The pickup process was smooth and simple.

Staff at this location is great but takes a long time to get a drink if you don’t order in advance since there are so few employees.
The app/rewards isn’t very user friendly or incentivizing. The only reason I use the app is so that I can order ahead and not have to stand there and wait 10 mins for my drink.
Kind of odd that it’s a juice/smoothie restaurant that doesn’t open until 10am.

I’m A regular. They saw me coming and had it all ready to go for me in a drink carrier, straws and all. I’ve been to the other Nektar in Long Beach and this is a far superior smoothie that whip up here. Friendly place and everyone knows my 1 year old.
