Good food, but the last three times we’ve ordered there, the bananas have been somewhat brown and didn’t look very good. A couple times we had to toss them out. And for today’s order, I selected to add mango, but it was not added to my dragon fruit bowl.

They gave me the wrong item , really disappointed , the bowl was totally wrong

First time here and let me tell you that customer service was professional and friendly, my daughter and I had a few questions about some of the choices they offered and all our questions were answered. My acaí bowl was amazingly delicious and my daughter's drink really fresh and delicious as well.

Ordering on the app was somewhat easy. The interface for modifications was a little glitchy. I used to get Nekter all the time but haven’t been in a couple of years. It was not as good as I remember. I think the item I usually ordered wasn’t on the menu anymore. Since it’s been a while, I couldn’t build my own to what I used to order so I got the closest thing to what I remember. The açaí and granola were good. Banana was good. The strawberries were not good. They were sour and did not taste very good. It sort of killed the taste for me. The price is also more expensive than some other local açaí places. I’m not sure I’ll be back.

It was fantastic! I enjoyed my smoothie and my bowl. The pickup process was smooth and simple.

Well I love Nekter but my recent order was not correct I oredered a peanut butter bowl but got a almond butter bowl and my other bowl had way to much granola and little açaí Thank you

fruit on top was delicious. the bowl/blend itself tastes like ice and nothing else. this is unusual, usually the bowl is made to perfection.

1 out 10 times this store gets the modifications right to sub pitaya for açai. I also didn’t get my free ginger shot in the bag.

I ordered and was charged for peanut butter, but didn't get it an either of my acai bowls, which was a bummer. I came before closing, so didn't want to bother trying to get it fixed. It was probably a one time oversight, so I'll try again another time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my order from Nekter. The juice and smoothie bowl were so tasty. I added a bit of cayenne like they suggested on the menu and it was perfect. The staff were so friendly and warm, even as they were busy. Great experience overall.

My wife ordered the chocolate bowl. TBH it was smothered in chocolate, way too much, and very little fruit cause it was all smothered in chocolate. She only ate a few bites but I’m eating it. Did not look like the picture at all. Your server did give me a leftover juice drink which I loved. Just fyi the bowl did not satisfy.
