Ordering on the app was somewhat easy. The interface for modifications was a little glitchy.
I used to get Nekter all the time but haven’t been in a couple of years. It was not as good as I remember. I think the item I usually ordered wasn’t on the menu anymore. Since it’s been a while, I couldn’t build my own to what I used to order so I got the closest thing to what I remember. The açaí and granola were good. Banana was good. The strawberries were not good. They were sour and did not taste very good. It sort of killed the taste for me. The price is also more expensive than some other local açaí places. I’m not sure I’ll be back.
Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. My order is always ready and well made. I love this location!

I had a bad experience today with an unusually long wait time, but that is the exception, not the rule. I'll start ordering my mobile orders to be ready with 15 minutes left in my fitness class rather than right when it ends, so hopefully that doesn't happen again.
