I thoroughly enjoyed my order from Nekter. The juice and smoothie bowl were so tasty. I added a bit of cayenne like they suggested on the menu and it was perfect. The staff were so friendly and warm, even as they were busy. Great experience overall.

The staff were nice and welcomed me upon arrival. The store was clean and organized. My drinks were well packaged and tasty. one of the drink cups leaked. This is a common problem among to-go cups. Consider letting customers bring in their own cups. It would cut down on landfill waste, use of plastics, and prevent leaks from disposable cups.

My wife ordered the chocolate bowl. TBH it was smothered in chocolate, way too much, and very little fruit cause it was all smothered in chocolate. She only ate a few bites but I’m eating it. Did not look like the picture at all. Your server did give me a leftover juice drink which I loved. Just fyi the bowl did not satisfy.

We usually love this location, my smoothie was over filled and Ieaked all over the place. The boy working there did that to a couple of the smoothies that he was making while we were waiting for ours to be done. Though we appreciate it being filled to the top I don’t want to wear my smoothie. Great customer service though.
