Got their Dragon Fruit bowl. Super delicious and nutritious. Well worth it. Portion was great! 😋

Love this place! I come here often, which is why I was a little disappointed with my most recent order. I ordered a build-your-own smoothie bowl online, but when I received it, it wasn’t filled all the way to the top like it normally is. I also customized my toppings and only selected blueberries, strawberries, and cocoa nibs, but my bowl came with bananas and pineapple included in the order. I removed the bananas myself, but the pineapple is still there. I also can’t tell if they added pea protein to the base, which I also included in my order! I still love this place and will give them another chance since this is the first time I’ve been left disappointed after coming here for so long, but I hope more attention is paid to the details when preparing online orders. The little things, like following customizations and filling the bowl consistently, really make a difference. I even left a tip online, but I’ll normalize tipping in cash after receiving my order going forward! I’ve included a photo showing how my order looked when I received it after removing banana!

There decent bowls. But they take wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to long. I watched the person in front of me literally wait 25 minutes. They definitely need to come up with better service!

First time actually going into a Nekter store (used to order through Doordash). Customer service was fantastic! The girl making my smoothie kept me updated that it was almost ready. Super friendly and upbeat, I felt welcomed the whole time from walking in to picking up. Tried the Protein bowl with cocoa nibs and peanut butter for the first time - so tasty. Love that I can pick what to include or exclude, and they have GF Granola which is awesome! Definitely coming back!

Absolutely the best Acai bowl in the twin cities area. What makes this Nekter so amazing is Kayla!! She brings so much positive energy to your experience. Cheers

Really wanted an açaí bowl and this place delivered! There are about 6 tables inside - one fits 4 people, rest for 1-2. Got the 1. Açaí Banana Berry: Açai, banana, strawberry, blueberry, housemade cashew milk TOP: hempseed granola, strawberry, banana. Super tasty with a great blend of flavors. Asked for extra granola for that crunch! 2. Pink flamingo: Dragon fruit, strawberry, pineapple, coconut water, agave nectar. Really refreshing and filling. Glad we picked this.

I visit Nekter frequently, and Pilar always makes my bowl perfectly. She knows me when I walk in, greets me with a smile and has my order bagged and ready for me before I get to the counter. She is a gem.

Açaí bowls always hit the spot.

It’s located in Kowalskis. I personally had a not great experience overall. The bowl I received was soupy despite eating it within 2 minutes of receiving it and ordering it in-person. They followed my requests correctly though, and were not rude. The smoothie wasn’t anything special, and the strawberry protein smoothie wasn’t particularly tasty for the $10 I spent on it before tax and tip. I also had a discount for a promo code off a smoothie when I bought another item. I tried to get the code to work in the app (which is where it was supposed to work). I followed all the rules for size and item, and couldn’t get the discount to apply. After being frustrated about the experience, I decided to go in-person to see if they would honor the discount. They told me that even though I had spent 20 minutes trying to get the code to work in the app, that I just had to try harder because I wouldn’t get any discount unless I could get it to work in the app. Overall, not a great experience and I would recommended Nautical Bowls as a better alternative since they seem to have better flavors, consistency, deals, service, an intuitive ordering experience online and in person, and customer support for problems.

I ordered a small Popeye’s Açai smoothie. The staff was friendly and the location was excellent. I’m only giving three stars because of the time it took to receive my order. It took 12 minutes from the time I paid until my smoothie was ready. Given there was only one order ahead of mine (a bowl of some sort) and that there were three staff members on, 12 minutes felt a little long – especially for an early Monday afternoon. Also, the smoothie tasted primarily of banana which was a little disappointing as it called out açai as a primary ingredient.

Best options for smoothies and fruit bowls. I recommend ordering online 15 minutes ahead. Items are made fresh and quality takes time! Pickup only took 2 minutes once I arrived. Only had to wait for one person in front of me.
