Overpriced and slow. Terrible customer service.

Love this place! I come here often, which is why I was a little disappointed with my most recent order. I ordered a build-your-own smoothie bowl online, but when I received it, it wasn’t filled all the way to the top like it normally is. I also customized my toppings and only selected blueberries, strawberries, and cocoa nibs, but my bowl came with bananas and pineapple included in the order. I removed the bananas myself, but the pineapple is still there. I also can’t tell if they added pea protein to the base, which I also included in my order! I still love this place and will give them another chance since this is the first time I’ve been left disappointed after coming here for so long, but I hope more attention is paid to the details when preparing online orders. The little things, like following customizations and filling the bowl consistently, really make a difference. I even left a tip online, but I’ll normalize tipping in cash after receiving my order going forward! I’ve included a photo showing how my order looked when I received it after removing banana!

Don’t get me wrong, this spot is good. But it’s so annoying that everytime I go, I’m told I have to wait 20 minutes or more because they’re understaffed or just have too many orders supposedly. I wish they would figure that out :/

There decent bowls. But they take wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to long. I watched the person in front of me literally wait 25 minutes. They definitely need to come up with better service!

Normally I love the smoothies but today’s smoothie is awful it’s super chunky and watery at the same time, I can barely get it down. I except more for a $14 smoothie

I ordered a Banana Berry Blast on 06/21 and it was delicious! Be aware, the location is inside of a grocery store. My smoothie was fresh and came out fast. A little pricey- almost $9 for a small size, but It is a nice treat here and there.

Today I went there the lady take time in ignoring about im there she's asking me to wait 10 min and she not do anything she's put staff out the box them she make my juice after 20 min when is 2 people in from cero customer service and the juice is just water thank you for be bad place

Started coming early on and still love coming back because everything is amazing and fresh quality. The staff is always so sweet. I'm indecisive and they're always happy helping me figure out what I want. Hard to choose because it's all so good. The vibe is really inviting and super clean and sanitary. Callie is always fantastic 💕

Went in yesterday for a smoothie. Kat was super fast making a delicious drink even though there was a line. Place is spotless too, coming back soon!
