Nekter Juice Bar - McKinney

I was told that I couldn’t get my order that I placed for that day because it takes 24 hours to prep even though I was able to place the order. Here’s an idea don’t put something on your website to place for order if you won’t honor it. Will never be coming back to this location or any other

I placed an order online and really liked the app.

I am out of town and was happy to see Fresh Fruit juices. Tried one smoothie and one juice - both were good. They are expensive which is the only thing little sad as cannot have them regularly but once in a while good to try them

I was rushed and got there a couple minutes before 6pm closing. I was told I couldn’t get anything because the open sign was only on because it was broken and that I should have come at 5 or 5:30 to get a smoothie even though it says closing time is officially at 6. The person behind the counter was exceptionally rude and condescending saying she should have locked the door before 6. I understand that cutting it close to closing is annoying and workers just want to go home but her attitude was the opposite of customer service. The location on Preston is so much better with kind and considerate service and great smoothies. Give this location a skip for abysmally poor service.

I had the acai superfiod and its the worst acai bowl ove had in 3 years. Im going tk go back and try a smoothie then another bowl, hopefully they will be better

This is the second time I've come to this location and I'm disappointed once again. The employee took more than 10 minutes to take my order, and in the end, after asking me the same question dozens of times, delivered the wrong order. I ordered an açaí bowl and a banana and strawberry smoothie. The açaí wasn't mixed properly because there were whole pieces of frozen banana at the bottom, and my smoothie was purple and tasted like dirty water.

Awesome experience. Got a bowl but didn't ask if the hemp seed granola was gluten-free. After a bite I realized it might be an issue. The team said it had gluten but offered a gluten-free option and remade it for me with GF granola. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Got mango base and a mango smoothie. Both hit well and the coconut whip was fantastic. Good customer care too, loved the atmosphere. I'm visiting from out of town but definitely coming back when I return.

Got the big green smoothie - wow, super huge. The acai bowl wasn't quite for me, probably should have ordered it plain without all the extras. Clean place though, and the staff and service were outstanding. A++++

Update: I have tried this place two more times since my first review and they NEVER have the ingredients to make the items shown on their menu. This location is an embarrassment to the Nektar franchises. This place is never open. Disappointing. It's 2pm on a Saturday afternoon!
