Sylvia was such an amazing employee, answered all of the ridiculous/common sense questions we asked with a smile on her face. The bowl was absolutely fire, the real bomb.com!!! Seriously going to just come here instead of buying groceries! Thinking about giving this place a visit? I’ll find you if you don’t! Anywho yeah this is the best! I'm so disappointed in my online order. Sent my husband all the way from Palm Coast to get a Nekter Bowl while I had to work. I used to LOVE this place when I lived in Colorado, but this location isn't quite there. They made my bowl with banana despite my order starting NOT to include banana in or on the bowl, as I have a severe, anaphylactic allergy. They included bananas, and my husband caught it. Then they re-made the bowl and did not include the cocoa nibs that I paid for. I feel cheated and nervous to go back.

I’m glad Nekter is opened in Saint Augustine, but I’m not glad about the fact that they don’t accept cash. Cash is LEGAL TENDER in the United States and I typically don’t frequent or patronize businesses that are plastic fake money only! The owner should rethink that policy soon because a lot of younger kids under 18 might stop in there may not have a debit card or some kind electronic monopoly money. Additionally, I travel all over the US for work and have for many years. To date, this is the only Nekter I’ve ever been to that doesn’t accept cash! And the owner should remember there are several other juice places here that accept cash and make their food/juuces just as fresh as Nekter……..
