Your store is so reliable. My drinks are always ready when the app says they will be, and there is always parking. The drinks are very consistent too. My acai bowl looked gorgeous at first, but the actual smoothie bowl part was completely melted. It's a shame because otherwise it would have been good, but they messed up the most basic part of a smoothie bowl (thick consistency).
if you’re gonna charge as much as they do for a bowl of blended fruit then it better be perfect. however my açaí bowl was anything but that, it was horrible. first it was BARLEY filled even halfway when it should’ve been filled all the way so i got scammed cause i didn’t get everything i paid for. also it was completely liquid and ive had their açaí bowls before and they’re supposed to be nice n thick like how a smoothie bowl is supposed to be, i might as well drink my bowl with a straw it’s straight liquid. and because of that it’s disgusting completely un edible with my add ins and again i’ve ordered this exact bowl before no issues. i’m not sure if they had a new hire working on my bowl or just someone who didn’t give but it was absolutely disgusting, wayyy too sweet tasted like i was drinking straight agave with a tiny bit of açaí. i got a refund. definitely don’t order from this location. (the photos are from after i mixed it together and had only taken 2 bites, the second one you can see how some pieces from the granola is floating on top cause it’s liquid, if it was thick like it’s supposed to be this would not happen)
I love Nekter their smoothies are great but this was my first (and last) time coming this location. The young lady who was working at the counter was not friendly at all, rude, and her customer service skills were terrible. When we expressed we were having some trouble with the app she rolled her eyes and basically said too bad so sad… whatever we let it go. But then at the end of the transaction she doesn’t offer me my receipt (which I usually claim to scan the barcode for points) when I noticed I asked her for it but she said no because she already threw it out and “it’s impossible to get another one.” didn’t want to argue with the girl since she was acting so annoyed so we just left. Pretty disappointed cause this one is so close to my house but I’d rather take the 15 minute drive elsewhere.
