Amazing staff, super friendly (especially the girl with the glasses and lashes), really loved the vibe. Got a tropical cooler and an acai bowl, both were absolutely delicious.

I order from your store at least once and usually 2-3 times per week. If I do not go in first thing in the morning, the mobile order system is awful. Today, I was waiting for my juice. No one said anything to me. A blonde girl came out, helped the only other person in the store, made his two juices, then walked back to the back without addressing me. Finally I stood up and another girl saw me and asked if I was waiting for something. She handed me my juice, which was sitting on the counter the entire time. I don't understand what the process is if there are two customers in the store, three people working, and no one said anything to one of the customers during 15 minutes of waiting. I ordered my juice at 12:02 and received it at 12:45. The workers are always hanging out in the back, hidden by those bins of fruits and vegetables. Am I doing something wrong? Also, consider putting in some curbside pick up parking spots. Parking is very difficult with that gym next door.

I probably come in once a week for a smoothie for my daughter and one for myself. I tried the pumpkin smoothie for the first time today and really enjoyed it. I enjoy using their app to place my order because it’s great to just jump right in grab the drinks and head out. Very convenient and delicious!

First time back to Nekter in a couple of years. I placed an online order that was ready when I walked in the door. Friendly staff greeted me when I walked in.
Previously, at the same location, order would be late and I would not be greeted. Nice to see the improvement.
