TINA, We appreciate the time you took to leave us feedback. We're sorry for your wait time during your visit. I reviewed our logs and saw that we were quite slammed around that time and received some large orders. We try to be fair and process the orders in the order that we received them. But we also try to be as quick as possible. However, we prioritize the quality of your food. We wouldn't want to prioritize speed over the quality of your food.

Worst experience.
My dad ordered the mango delight. He is not allergic to anything but he took 3-4 sips and within minutes he experienced a severe reaction. Choking, short of breath and intense severe pain in his throat. After we got home he was nauseous. We have no idea what was in this drink but it was scary and an unpleasant experience. It also looked like the drink had a blob of some sort of icecream in it. Will not be coming back
Edit: Response to the response by Nekter : FYI my mom tried the smoothie my dad got and her throat hurt. She just took one sip. My dad had a couple of sips and ended up having this severe reaction.

As we discussed on phone when I called your dad, we didn't put anything strange in his drink. And the "blob of some sort of icecream" you described here might have been pineapple or mangoes that were not blended all the way. In our experience, we've seen this in Mango delight, when some mango and/or pineapple are not blended all the way. But this doesn't create this kind of reaction from our customers.
The reaction described here sounds like an allergic reaction to me and I truly hope that the food items he's reacting to is discovered so he won't go through this kind of pain ever again.
On the other hand, I'm glad your mom didn't react to any of the ingredients in her smoothie, as they came together. Place is super cute and in a great area. Girl working was nice. Had the PB Health Nut smoothie with whey protein. Tasted kinda bland but maybe that’s just the protein. Overall wasn’t bad the service was quick but if you’re looking for very flavorful healthy smoothie I wouldn’t recommend this one it rly tasted like nothing.

Had the best Acai bowl and smoothies ever from this place, and their customer service is top notch too. Will certainly be coming back here

I was here for their grand opening and have been returning almost daily since then.
This is the best place to get juices, smoothie s, açai bowls and ice cream.
All the products are made fresh and inhouse . The staff are also very pleasant.
I'll be coming back here and will tell all my friends about this place.

I had the juice and it was nice. Time for me to take a break from stressing myself from making my own juice. My cousin had the smoothie and it was nice.

Stopped in with my family of 4 and we all ordered different items on the menu. What delicious and nutritious juices and smoothie bowls! We loved the location - it was clean and well kept. We will definitely be returning!
