Went in on a weekday morning when it wasn't packed. The girl at the counter was awesome and really helpful. I was torn between two drinks and went with the Mango with cashew milk - so delicious! Still want to try the Strawberry Cloud sometime. Definitely coming back!

Service is always amazing but seriously can we turn off the water? It runs the whole 30-40 minutes I'm in here.

As a smoothie and açaí bowl connoisseur, I purchased a bowl on my way to work because I was running behind and didn’t have time to make my own lunch. I assumed it would be made with natural sweeteners (given the Nekter branding), but to my disappointment, it wasn’t. Last night (before getting off), I experienced a severe sugar spike. I just woke up in the wee hours of the morning and couldn’t get back to sleep. It’s now 4:00 a.m. as I type this. Because I work evenings, I don’t usually get to bed until 11:30 p.m., which means I’ve only gotten about 3.5 hours of sleep. If you don’t have issues consuming glycemic-impacting foods, more power to you—you’d likely enjoy this type of bowl. However, if you’re sensitive to sugar or blood sugar spikes, you may want to steer clear of smoothie bowls from this chain.

i did a pick up order and the girl at the counter was super sweet. she made my acai very well and greeted me despite being busy. she was amazing. as someone who’s worked in customer service 10/10

Phenomenal, friendly, and fast. I don't visit that often but dealing with the associates here is always a pleasure.

I got the protein waffles with strawberries, and it was awful. Honestly speaking they were so hard I was so disappointed because if I'm not mistaken, they were made fresh. Fruit was great the cool whip was great also, but the drizzle had no taste to me. Customer service was awesome as well very clean environment. Will probably try their smoothie's next time.
