My favorite spot to go to for a quick healthy meal that’s close to where I work. The smoothies, juices, and shots give me the perfect boost of energy between client sessions or before a workout. This has also been a go-to for The Strong & Bomb Squad (my clients at NEWD gym) after their training sessions for the exact same reasons. They have options for smoothies to be protein packed (I love that they have pea protein since I’m vegan!) and the service is always friendly.
