Your staff had my order ready when I came to pick it up.

I order an acai bowl without the "house made cashew milk" and I got less than 1/3 of the bowl. Anyone who knows acai know that it is not mixed with any type of milk. What I got was an "I'm sorry." It costed me $12 + tax and tips.

Great spot for Cedar Hill. I love fresh juice & can see myself stopping here often. Staff was incredibly nice!

Smoothie was bad nothing tasted no customer service

I was so happy to find this place. The juices are fresh and delicious. I had the green apple flush, turmeric shot, an acai fruit bowl, and plus a chia seed pudding fruit parfait Loved the turmeric shot! That green apple flush really works very well. Everything was so yummy. I would recommend friends and family to explore a healthier approach.

The açaí was incredibly runny and liquidy, pretty much melted by the time it was served to us. Maybe that’s just how they do it, but I wouldn’t pay that price for a melted bowl.

This morning a little after 8:00am I came in for a smoothie for myself and my coworker. I had asked my coworker what she wanted 5 minutes prior but because it wasn’t 9:00am yet, my brain hadn’t retained that info. Thankfully, the woman behind the counter knew my coworkers order. now either she has amazing memory or is a psychic , but either way I was gagged. Thank you for saving my morning. I felt very seen and understood in the smoothie shop this morning. Also, excellent customer service and the smoothies are always good.

I did not want to leave a bad review but as someone who has happily patroned this business multiple times in the past, I have to be honest about today’s negative experience. I walked in today, May 8th at around 7:40pm anticipating that I would be able to get a smoothie bowl or smoothie before closing time (8:00pm) just to not even be acknowledged at all… No “hello”, No “welcome in”, No “Sorry, we won’t be able to service you” literally no greeting at all. In fact, immediately after I walked in, one of the employees decided to turn the lights off. Mind you there was customers in there… I stood there for until about 7:45 and decided to just leave. As someone who has worked in fast food/customer service, this was disappointing. At the very least, I couldve been acknowledged. I understand how things are but a simple acknowledgement goes a long way. I hope you all invest in better staff & service however, I wont be returning.

I came here after my run for the first time and got a chocolate bowl, it was delicious. The service was also amazing. The girl who served was named leia, she was super respectful and kind. I didn’t know what I wanted, so she gave me a great recommendation and was very patient with me. I will definitely be coming back after my runs.

I had a great experience at Nekter Juice Bar in Cedar Hill! The store was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the service really stood out. Leia, one of the team members, was especially kind and helpful, she greeted me with a big smile, patiently walked me through the menu, and made sure my order was perfect. I tried the Acai Banana Berry Bowl for the first time, and it was incredible—super fresh, not overly sweet, and topped generously with granola and fresh fruit. It was exactly what I needed after a workout. I’ll definetly be coming back :)

Fui a probar las Acai bowls y me atendió Leía, era muy amable y me ayudó. Aunque no supo español, me ayudó muy bien 😉 10/10

The PERFECT spot to grab a quick smoothie !! came here with my family and was given one of the most delightful service by Leia !! I’ve never had the bowls and she had been very patient with me and my family, would very much come back again with more family and friends !

I love Leia, such a pretty smile and such an amazing attitude. She helped choose my flavors and it was so delicious. Definitely coming again.
