I never been to this place , i always go to smoothie but this is really good! Anais was very helpful in helping me chose what to get . The açaí bowl was the choice he suggested for me and it was amazing. My kids loved it i went back to get another

Had a craving for an acai bowl. So, my daughter, grandson, son-in-law and aunt went to the Cedar Hill Outlet Mall location. My son-in-law and I got acai bowls, my daughter got a dragon fruit bowl and my aunt got some sort of smoothie drink. NOTHING was good! Both the acai and dragon fruit bowls were liquid and barely cold. The fruit topping were of poor quality. My aunt said her drink was watery and flavorless. We spent about $50 just to end up throwing it all away. It is very obvious there is no one overseeing quality control. I, for one, will never set foot in Nekter again.

I wanted the peanut butter power bowl but opted for the Acai mango bowl instead because I was told they were out of bananas and strawberries. I also understand this was 15 mins before closing so there was a crowd. My order was wrong like many others. I received a bowl with bananas, strawberries and pineapple. If you had bananas then why not make the bowl I wanted from the start? No mangos and no agave on top that's listed on my receipt. To make it more frustrating it was only filled halfway not the top like usual. Why sell it and give half product? I was patient and understanding of the crowd but to get my order wrong after closing is disappointing. I tried callIng but no one answered. I'd like a redo and have the bowl I originally wanted. Update on review: The owner Mr. Williams reached out and remade my order. He explained the situation and how its made with the ingredients they use. He answered my email and also followed up to make sure it was made as requested. I really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. For that I am appreciative and very satisfied

Tip jar was empty and I know why. The ingredients seem fresh and the quality of the food is good, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. The wait times were extremely long, and the staff did not acknowledge customers while we were waiting. A simple “Hi, I’ll be with you in a moment” or “Sorry for the wait” would have gone a long way. We waited about 10 minutes just to place our order and over 20 minutes to receive two smoothie bowls. The girl who took our order didn’t greet us at all. When my boyfriend asked if she was ready to take our order, she said “yeah” with an attitude, as if we were inconveniencing her. Customer service and basic courtesy really need improvement.Tip jar was empty and I know why.

First time here. Wow! So good! Ordered the açaí mango bowl. Bowl is huge. Doesn’t look like it by the picture by definitely worth $12

Ok so i’ve came to this location several times and usually get the same things. I came back today and tried ordering the same thing, my supercharged bowls with mangoes on top. This employee with red hair, who i have never seen before is now telling me i cant order my bowl with mangoes on top which is kinda silly bc i have been ordering this way for years. We also asked for a water cup and she said they don’t have water. Lol like whattt?? I have always gotten water here. I am spending over 40 dollars here and you’re telling me you don’t give water all of a sudden? This is quite silly. Currently looking for a new location.

I was excited to try this place. I ordered a large smoothie and an Acai bowl. Once home, I noticed my Acai mixture was not fully blended but worst that that the pineapple on top was spoiled. I took the pineapple off to eat the bowl around the chunks of frozen fruit but then half way through realized that pineapple is blended in it. I hope I don’t get sick. From the price ($27 for the two items and a tip) I expect the fruit to be fresh or to be offered another fresh option as a substitute.

Amazing spot. Always immaculate, always smells great, always makes fresh delicious smoothies. Their banana berry blast with protein and acai bowls are my favorites !!!

Best smoothie and bowl shop around! My whole family's here all the time. Best nutrition and sugar balance for the flavor, and we've tried everywhere. Since it's made fresh there's usually a line, but good things are worth the wait :)
