I’ve only ordered thru the app, which is easy. The items I have purchased are always fresh and delicious. The service has always been helpful. My only confusion is sometimes what is listed as the name of a drink which you would think is the main flavor amidst the toppings, doesn’t always seem to be the case… such as the peanut butter cup, which did not taste like peanut butter at all. But it was still delicious, just not what I was expecting. I called and did receive a kind explanation of how it is made and that I can choose to add extra PB next time, which I am grateful for! Thanks for being unique and a healthy alternative in Dubuque.

I called at 5:55pm to ask for assistance in an online order for the next morning. Carla answered and assured me she’d personally handle it as she comes in at 7:30am before opening at 8.
