2023 update- I appreciate the response from The Establishment and have since been back numerous times and have only had good experiences. I'd like to thank the store for reaching out to me and trying to make things right.
Mixed feelings. I've only had good experiences however the most recent experience, I brought my nephew there and he didn't know what to order. This was his first time there and so without explanation the staff asked if he wanted Agave and he said no not knowing that was the flavoring, then was extremely dissatisfied with the smoothie. I asked if they added Agave to my drink and they said no. I asked if they could add it and the girl behind the counter said in a somewhat strenuous tone that she could remake it if I want her to and based on that reaction I said no that's okay. My nephew was so bothered about the drink that I brought the full drink back less than 20 minutes later asking for a solution, compromise, or exchange. The young man, employee behind the counter told me they have a strict policy against any of this stuff, however somewhat flippantly offered to personally take money out of his own wallet to buy me a new drink. Of course I said no. With no solution I threw the drink in a trash in the store. Mixed feelings about coming back after that. I'm kind of frustrated because four or five reviews down the person responding from the store says that if you're not satisfied they'll remake the item given the price. I don't understand why I wasn't offered the same deal when I asked.

Both times I have been there have been great. I love the vibe, the colors, the food/ drinks/ all the options, service is great. But also both times on my online order I had selected no agave and both times agave was added. The first time they offered to remake it and declined- I hate being wasteful. The second time I didn’t notice until I got home- and it’s super disappointing because it already is a “splurge” for me $$ and carb-wise, so it does make me reluctant to go
As frequently as I would like. I do wish you had more keto friendly options or modifications.
