This is my first time trying out Nekter . I loved and had to come back when I noticed it had a pick up drive through. When I placed the order online I saw the order up said it would take 20 mins. I drove up tot he window since there was no line and arrived 10 mins early. The sign said to honk if one was there. I waited a little bit just in case also because I was a little early. Sometimes online orders are made a bit early and since I saw the place empty I figured I’d at least ask so I honked after waiting 5is mins at the window without any assistance and the girl seemed super annoyed. She wasn’t mean but not nice either. I tried to remain nice because I wasn’t in a rush I just wanted to let her know I was there and wanted to ask if it was made already she didn’t really let me talk she just asked for the name of the order and told me to wait because it wasn’t ready and she closed the window back up . Overall the smoothies and bowls are delicious a bit overpriced but because it’s good I will come back but I can see based on customer service and being a bit pricey that it can be one of the reasons for it not being really busy

I love the smoothies here. That being said, I've never met someone in customer service with such poor people skills. I walked in with my two kids and she was immediately rude to my 5 year old. Before my daughter even did anything she looked at her, snatched the bell sitting in front of her face and said (in a very clipped tone) "don't touch it, I'm standing right here". I get being annoyed with the bell, however, I don't think the way she handled it was necessary or appropriate at all! She then continued her attitude and shortness with me while receiving my order. Even after the incident with my daughter, I was friendly. I asked for a suggestion on kids drinks and she was incredibly rude about about it, making it clear she just wanted the order and to be done with it. I believe her name was Shaylin or something that started with Shay. I don't know if she just doesn't like kids or if that's just her personality. Either way, this is not a place for her snarky attitude. This place will lose mine and many others business until that girl is gone.

This place closes at 5 (marked on their door), not 5:15, as indicated on google. Also, the website says that you get a free smoothie if you download the app, but that's a bit misleading; you get a free smoothie when you download the app... AFTER your first order with the app.
The açai bowl was okay, but it tasted like the açai base was a bit artificial; not like other açai bases I've eaten before. The strawberries were also frozen. The PB chocolate smoothie was good. I'd think twice before coming here again.

The most positive staff I’ve ever encountered. Not only do they do good work they are good people and it shows through their smoothies and their awesome açaí bowls. Audra and all the other employees make this juice bar what it is today.

Açaí bowls are more like a smoothie bowl (drinkable consistency) vs a real açaí bowl you’d get at a legit spot. Wouldn’t go back
