I Walked in 20 minutes after 7pm yesterday for a juice and was told they stoped serving after 7 when they close at 8PM. I wasted my time, gas and miles on my vehicle because incompetent staff wants to be lazy!! No other location does this so why is it ok for your location to cheat customers ??? You should be fully operational until closing like all other commercial business or advertise/honor your correct hours! People take money to places that respect their customers schedules & consistency matters if you want repeat customers. Straight up crappy!

Im never coming to this location ever again. My juice tasted like bleach and water ughhhhh close this place down now. Im calling my lawyer asap

Nekter Juice Bar is amazing, and Valeria made my visit unforgettable! I got the Blueberry Almond Protein Bowl, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect balance of sweet and nutty. Valeria’s service was incredible—so friendly, helpful, and attentive. She guided me through the menu with patience and made me feel genuinely cared for. Her energy and enthusiasm truly make this place stand out. Highly recommend!

Love this spot! Tony and Marlen were friendly and very helpful with the menu. Now, I get my fresh juice from here and then shop at Sprouts.

Waited 50mins for I mini buzz juice with ice and superfood oats almond butter and banana. Finally realized this is insane and asked where my order was it came out no ice and along with some cinnamon apple oat? Guessing here, just know not my order. Had to go back after leaving and asked for refund on oats. Manager was apologetic and offered to replace the item. I thanked him but no longer wanted anything more. He mentioned he told the 2 employees they should have called if they were backed up. And his disappointment with the team. Other customers had already been there waiting over 1hr for smoothies and began asking for refunds. During my 50min wait customers came into the store stood there 5mins no one was at the counter so they left. I love nekter and was exited one was opening in town, but so far seems to be struggling with a few customer orders. They were not busy the 50mins I was there. As it was 4 customers before my order was taken. And no orders by the time I was leaving. This was my second time here the first time 2 juice took 15mins also not busy then only 1 customer in store. I figured they are new and came back and seems to not gotten better.

I had such a great experience at Nekter Juice Bar on 99th & McDowell. The owner, Adam, was incredibly polite, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment I walked in. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of what he serves. The juices and smoothies were top-tier super fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Everything tasted clean and well-balanced, not watered down or overly sweet like some places. The store itself was also very clean and had a great vibe. Customer service like this really makes a difference, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend stopping by this location if you’re in the area!
