Your products are very delicious. The cashier needs to work on her customer service. I had scheduled an order to be picked up, when I approached the cashier I told her that I was there to pick up an on-line order, she did not ask me for my name or what the order was. All she said with a smirk on her face that she had not started on the order and that it will be a few minutes. I waited almost for about 45 minutes. I approached the register again and I was asked if I was ready to order, I told her that we were still waiting for the online order, she did not say anything l, and as I was walking away she asked what it was that I had ordered and when I told her she said that I could grab one of the black bags that were in the fridge. If she would of listened to me in the beginning I would of not waited for so long.

The service was fast and friendly and the smoothies and chia pudding were excellent.
One of the two employees working was disengaged and seemed confused by some of my questions. My husband’s smoothie did not come out like it always does and he orders from Nekter every day. We have ordered from this location several times and have never had bad service like we had today.

Everything great only issue attempted to place an order for 2 people on the app at 7:36 and the response was location not open to complete request. Checked hours online and confirmed location closes at 8:00pm. Also drove to location and confirmed open; did not order as not enough time.
