I don’t know what’s happened to this world, but I notice that every storefront is lacking customer service; necter is included in my rant. The Monterey location is up to par for the times we’re living in, but the 111 location isn’t a good good reflection for your brand. I stopped tipping them. If you can’t even look me in the eyes or acknowledge me, you’re not getting tipped. They put my drink on the table and walk away. I might be pushing it, but that kind of service makes me less likely to trust that my drinks are up-to par. The monterey location is very friendly; however, even they have some bad seedlings. I think one generation is lacking in social skills from the isolation they experienced with the pandemic. That would be a challenge for nectar to overcome. How will the brand encourage customer engagement? That’s what will keep people coming back to your locations.
