If you’re in a rush don’t come. The drinks are great BUT you will be here for half an hour waiting for your order. I’ve been here twice and both times there has only been one person working. I used the APP the second time and when I showed up my order wasn’t ready. There was one person working, two people on a table waiting for their orders, and three people in line waiting to order. I placed my order at 3:15 and arrived at 3:25. I was told my order had “a pick up time of 3:30 and there were still orders ahead of mine” so I could wait. I didn’t receive my order until 3:42. That’s half an hour, for two drinks.
Very good, I tried something new but wasn’t impressed, sticking with my usual.

To whom this may concern, I placed an order at the palm desert location for an acai mango bowl with no coconut water and substitute cashew milk because I prefer a creamy base. When I walked in to pick it up, the girl asked me if I wanted coconut water, because it already came with coconut water. Upon reviewing my phone order, I asked her to please put cashew milk instead, as I had indicated on the phone, and that is when she started to make it. The bowl was good. The only bad part was I had to wait for the bowl to be done. What is the point of ordering on the app if I am going to have to wait anyway?
