Excellent customer service always and delicious juice/smoothies/bowls.

Wow, this place really needs some help! It's Saturday. I just came in here for the first time ever to give it a try, as ive been curious about it for awhile! I walked in, and while there was a couple sitting at the only table in the place, there was no one standing at the counter. I assumed the blonde girl in the back must be there alone, as she was busy making orders. She made eye contact with me 2-3 times and did not greet me, wave, smile..nothing. As I waited at the counter, I began to wonder if I was even in the right place because as I said, this was my first time in. A line started to form behind me. It had gained an additional 5 people. I stood there for about 10 minutes before she came out and finally took my order. When she came out, she quietly said, "What can I get for you?" Without looking me in the eyes, apologizing for the wait or anything. I gave her my order which was the Waffacado and a small Glow Getter Smoothie. She informed me they didn't have the Waffacado. (Fine, people run out of things, I get it. It must be good!) So I ordered the Berry Shortcake instead. Then she said they were out of the collagen for the smoothie and I didn't want to hold up the line so I just told her to make it without it. Once she took my order, she went to the back and made 3 order ahead orders while I waited for mine. Those 3 orders were from 3 of the people in line so I was almost the last one in there. She finally went back to make my order, and it took less than 10 minutes to make from the time she started on it. I was waiting in there for 30 minutes or more total. When I left I saw the name Lucy on my receipt. So I'm guessing that was the girls name. I would say that I felt bad for her being the only one in there, but I truly and genuinely cannot say that because she did not greet a single soul, nor did she smile even one time. And trust me, I know because I'm not one of the types of people who burries my face in my phone while I'm waiting. I observe everything. And this girl had ZERO customer service skills. A smile, a laugh, an explanation of her running the store on her own, an apology for the wait time, words of encouragement to "hang in there" or "bear with me" would've gone SUCH a long way. She looks young so maybe it's her first job or something, but making people feel welcome in your place of business is extremely important, and that was simply not accomplished here.

Favorite place to get a healthy meal. A great selection of ready-made juices or build your own smoothie bowls that I would never be able to make myself. The healthy yet tasty choices make this place all worth visiting. I like the option to grab and go. The Staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful when I visit. Keep up the good work!

Does not follow business hours and is not consistently making the smoothies correct.

the worker that was working was very positive and nice even with a handful of people ordering and waiting for their food, even I would feel stressed out. With all that being said my pink flamingo smoothie was delicious.

The açaí bowls are fresh and delicious, with great toppings like granola and fruit. Their smoothies offer a variety of flavors, all made with fresh ingredients. The juice selection is also impressive, with a variety of nutritious options. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for a nutritious snack or drink!

I've had the pleasure of visiting this location several times, and I can confidently say that each experience has been fantastic. The staff is always welcoming and attentive, providing wonderful service that makes you feel right at home. Makenzie, Gwen, Avery, and Campbell consistently greet me with a smile and deliver the best service. Each time, I try different items from their menu, and I am consistently impressed by the freshness and quality of the juices, smoothie bowls, and smoothies. They are packed with flavor and made from health-conscious ingredients that align with my lifestyle. I’m genuinely thrilled to have such a nutritious option available near Zona Rosa. It’s a great addition to our community, and I wholeheartedly recommend that others check it out as well. I also encourage everyone to be understanding and supportive as the business navigates its current opening status and hours. It’s important for us to rally behind new establishments like this one, helping them grow and become a staple in our area. Additionally, patience goes a long way, especially when ordering freshly made-to-order items! I am amazed to see reviews with complaints when the items are all prepared fresh and not pre-packaged.

Love this place! Great options for juices & smoothies! The owner's hands-on approach is evident in the high level of service, which is reflected in the location's outstanding reviews. Very clean as well! Definitely will be back when I’m in the area.

As a small business owner, I appreciate the owner being very present and attentive to all details within the store and all products/services provided. I highly recommend this hidden smoothie gem next time in the area!

I always go to the plaza location, but I decided to try out the one that was closest to my house today. I do have to say it's the longest I've ever had to wait for a bowl, but there was only 2 employees and they had lots of orders, so I didn't give them a hard time at all about anything. I just waited. My only complaint was that my dragon fruit bowl was a little bit liquid, and it's usually a lot thicker. It was more like soup, than a smoothie. But the location is new and they're doing their best good job, guys

Excellent whole food smoothies, juices, and bowls. Great place to stop on the way to or from the airport. Opens earlier than most places. Highly recommend for a healthy food option, especially if you’re plant-based or vegan or vegetarian

I had originally rated this 5 stars after having just a smoothie. After having a juice, I've changed that rating to a 4, however I think it's more accurately a 3.5. The smoothies here are really good, full of flavor and will fill you up. The juices leave a lot to be desired. For a place that calls itself a juice bar and says they serve cold press juices, I honestly have a have time believing that. Cold press juices don't usually separate immediately have being made (I have a cold press juicer at home, they will separate if kept in fridge for a while, but should not be separating immediately). I ordered a juice and upon receiving it there was immediate separation. This leads me to believe this juice bar is either making juices way in advance or is using a cheap, centrifugal juicer. The overall taste of the juice was good, but for the price I want a fresh, cold pressed juice that hasn't begun to separate and oxidize.
